Fyber é a marca Buggy do Brasil, fundada em 1974 por dois irmãos, Agliberto e Rogério Farias. O modelo inicial, Dunas, surgiu em 1981. Em 1984 que foi lançado o Fyber2000, com seu novo design de linhas angulosas, faróis retangulares, carroceria de monobloco integrada ao chassi tubular e suspensão traseira com mola helicoidal. Este modelo tornou-se uma referência para todos os designs de Buggies.
Fyber is the Buggy Brand from Brazil, founded in 1974 by two brothers, Agliberto and Rogerio Farias. The initial model, Dunas started in 1981. It was in 1984 when the Fyber2000 was introduced, with its new design having angular lines, rectangular headlights, mono-block body integrated into a tubular chassis, rear coil spring suspension. This model became benchmark for all Dune Buggy designs.

Em 1992, a Fyber lançou um modelo top de linha, Fyber Star, com painel digital e rodas de liga leve. A próxima grande mudança veio em 2004, quando a Fyber lançou o Fyber 2000w, fabricado e licenciado pela Peixoto Veiculos, um buggy com chassis ampliado e um motor 1.8L refrigerado a líquido (AP) adicionando mais potência ao icônico Fyber Buggy.
In 1992 Fyber released a top-of-the-line model, FyberStar, with a digital display and aluminium alloy wheels. The next major change came in 2004 when Fyber released, the Fyber 2000W, manufactured and licenced by Peixoto Veiculos, a buggy with enlarged chassis and a liquid cooled 1.8L engine (AP) adding more horsepower to ionic Fyber Buggy.

Em 2019, a Axxola GmbH, uma empresa de investimentos alemã, assinou o acordo com o Peixoto Veículos e Agliberto Farias para a compra de todos os ativos de fabricação e direitos de marca do lendário Fyber Buggy.
In 2019, Axxola GmbH, a German investment company signed the deal with Peixoto Veiculos and Agliberto Farias to purchase all manufacturing assets and branding rights for the legendary Fyber Buggy.

Fyber entra em uma nova era, modernizando muitos aspectos do Fyber Buggy. Em 2021, Fyber Fabricação de Veículos Automotores Fireli vai começar uma nova fase de crescimento abrindo as portas de uma nova fábrica em Paracuru com a capacidade de produção de mais de 500 buggies por ano.
